The startup I have wanted to build since I was 21: an AI-guided mentorship product that turns the wisdom of high-performing founders, operators, investors, and thinkers into plans, actions, check-ins, and progress loops.

Rebuilt the product from the ground up after false starts around fundraising, market, B2B/B2C direction, and product shape.

Built streaming AI mentor chat, mentor boards, roundtables, goal journeys, semantic search, and content systems.

Created a custom data-enrichment process that turns mentor source material into structured AI profiles, search context, and product-ready guidance loops.

Owns mobile, web, backend, app-store release, positioning, marketing automation, and early GTM loops.

A focused listening product for the Grateful Dead archive, built with a senior UI/UX designer to turn thousands of tapes into a searchable, comparable, offline-ready, and eventually conversational experience.

Built Expo mobile product, web shell, archive proxy/API, playback flows, source comparison, and offline download direction.

Designed a domain model for shows, sources, songs, transitions, listening events, vaults, and future AI-guide context.

Shows how domain love can become product judgment: context, source quality, community trust, and archive structure matter as much as UI.
